We respect your right to control your data. You can permanently delete your GuruKhata account and all associated data at any time.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including students, lessons, fees, and payment records will be permanently removed.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App
Open the GuruKhata app on your device
Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar)
Scroll down to the "Logout & Account" section
Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Request via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email from the email address registered with your account. For identity verification, you must include:
The phone number associated with your account
The registered email address (email must be sent from this address)
Your registered profile name
We will verify your identity before processing the deletion request. Requests that cannot be verified will be rejected to protect account security.
